To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time reserved for your appointment, the following policies apply:

Appointment Confirmation & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all same-day and next-day appointments.

• The deposit amount will be applied toward your service total at checkout.

• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Appointment  deposit policy 

To secure your appointment, a non - refundable deposite is required. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. An appointment   For treatment, facial and full body wax appointments, last-minute cancellations may require a new deposite to rebook.

        We thank you for respecting our time and helping us maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.

No-Shows

• Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Arrival Time

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation to avoid affecting other scheduled appointments.

• Weather-related delays and emergencies are understandable; however, last-minute cancellations still impact reserved appointment time and are subject to the cancellation policy.
